Allow installation
If Android asks, open Settings and allow this browser or Files app to install unknown apps. Return and tap Install. You can turn that permission off afterward.
Bring your invitation
Open ME Meetings Client, enter your name and paste the invitation from your host. Or share the invitation text from email to ME Meetings Client. Tap Join meeting.
No cable, developer mode or USB debugging needed.
A few helpful details.
What permissions are needed?
Allow microphone access if you want to speak. Declining allows listening only. The microphone starts muted. Meeting notifications help you return to an active call.
What is new in version 13?
Reports supported video-decoding profiles to updated hosts so Auto quality can respect every client. Includes the version 12 rotation fix and playback diagnostics.
What is new in version 12?
Improved full-screen rotation and a Playback diagnostics view. Use Save report to export playback counters when reporting an issue.
How do I update?
End the call and open the newer APK. Choose Update without uninstalling first. Your saved settings stay in place.
What if installation is blocked?
Check the download finished and that installation is allowed for the app opening the file. Samsung or a managed phone may have additional restrictions. Do not disable Play Protect; ask your host for help and the exact warning message.
What works in this beta?
Public-keyset meetings, speech, movie and document viewing, chat and participant display. Custom keyset import and file transfers are not available yet. Network interruptions may require Rejoin.
Can I host a meeting?
These downloads are client-only. You need an invitation from a host; the host app is not available for download yet.
